A Bit About Me

I'm Nat, founder of Little Soul Shack and the best-kept secret in wellbeing for over 15 years.

​

I came to this work the way you're probably coming to it now - burnt out, exhausted, wondering if I'd ever feel normal again. I was 28, climbing the corporate ladder as an HR Director, ticking all the boxes, and completely falling apart behind the scenes.

 

So I walked away. And I spent the next 15 years studying philosophy, psychology, breathwork, movement, and the practices that actually shift things.

 

Now I help women translate their exhaustion into clarity, their sleepless nights into deep rest, and their isolation into community. Filling their lives with laughter and joy once again!
